Date 05/04/2010

As the sun sets over Schull tonight, the sailors of the Curradinghy Youth Nationals are preparing themselves for what should be one of the most challenging events of the year - as World & European places and the prestigous ISAF Youth spot for Team Ireland are decided here in Schull this week..

Sailing kicks off at 11.55, with a promising forecast with wind from the west. Racing should get under way with PRO David Harte for the outer course - 4.7, Radial and 420 - and Richard Kissane for the inner course - Optimist, Topper and RS Feva will firing off the start of the event.

Keep your eyes peeled on the Curradinghy website for all the up-to-date news, results and photos from the event.

CurraDinghy Sailing would like to wish all the sailors the best of luck and hope that the event again proves to be a great success.
